Initial Appointment

For your initial appointment, please bring all relevant insurance information, prior psychological evaluations, any pertinent medical information and a list of all medications being taken or administered. For services regarding children and adolescents, Dr. McHugh prefers to first meet with the parents alone. This allows for a more comfortable and successful discussion. Parents or patients might be asked to fill out additional forms or questionnaires at the initial appointment.

The initial appointment lasts 50-60 minutes regardless of the age of the patient.
